Why do i have Shoulder Blade Pain?

sometimes in the morning i wake up and my shoulder blade (feels like inside) is hurting sometimes just a little and sometimes alot why does it hurt?

a lot of tension ‘hides’ underneath the shoulder blade. go and have a massage!
Well if it only hurts when you wake up in the morning then you’re probably either sleeping on it wrong, or just getting older, or both.
