I have been diagnosed with moderate shoulder subluxation. I have been in physical thearpy now for about three weeks. Still no relief. Still in alot of pain with some limited motion and at times numbness down to hands. Nothing I seem to do helps. I’ve tried heat, ice, I’ve been doing all my exercises. I’m taking naproxen. They also said possible clavicle problem and loose shoulder blade as well. What else can I do?

Your recovery will actually be quite lengthy for this…it really could take several months of continuing your home exercise program. Your therapy is meant to try to increase the strength of the muscles to substitute for ligamentous laxity.
I’d keep up the program as long as it isn’t making your worse…if you are no better, I would follow up with an orthopedist regarding thermal shrinkage of the capsule or a capsular shift procedure.
