What would be the normal heart diagnostic tests for mild arm, shoulder & neck pain?

I am 82, my cholsterol level is normal, no sweating and use treadmill regularly for 30 min at time with no difficulties.

If you really want to rule out coronary and wish to choose a single test, it would be Exercise ECG or Tread Mill Test(TMT). Because, a plain ECG may fail to detect milder Ischemia. Only if TMT shows any aberration, further tests need to be done.
