I had a neck injury from martial arts, have gotten headaches ever since. Saw a neurologist, they didn’t find anythinig, but don’t believe I got an MRI.
Now I have shoulder blade pain and headaches whenever I lean back on a heart surface.

Have you had a good Chiropractor ex ray you, and treat you? It might be helpful for you.
Find a Family Medicine doctor who has sub-specialty training in Sports Medicine.
You need someone to diagnose and treat the migraines as they may indicate a separate issue, and you need a sports medicine doctor who can relate to and help you with your other injuries.
If you see a Sports Medicine doctor outside of family medicine then he’s a specialist who will cost more. Insurance plans will usually ask you to get a referral for a specialist from your family doctor first so this way you’re saving yourself time and grief.
Neck Injury from martial arts can be really serious. I would consider going to a chiropractor for a thorough consultation, examination and x-rays if necessary. They may not send you right out away for an MRI immediately until they do an exam on you with conservative treatment first. It sounds like you may have a misalignment in your neck; A cervical x-ray (lateral and AP views) is a good place to start. If you do have a misalignment with the cervical curve, consider using a traction unit to ease your headaches and neck pain. With all traction units, check with your Dr First to see if you are a candidate for neck traction.
