It depends upon what kind of pain reliever, an over the counter pain reliever? Naproxen is part of the NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications) family, anti-inflammatory medicines such as Ibuprofen. You could safely take Tylenol with this medicine as it’s on a different class of meds. If you were looking at opiates, then you’d need to discuss the best ones with your doctor.
You can take tylenol with that. The naproxyn is an anti inflammatory and the tylenol will help with pain. Stay away from aspirin as the combination can cause stomach problems.
ask the chemist , what goes with it .
Take sandals.
