What is the best non-surgical treatment for cervical spondylosis with moderate narrowing of the canal at C5-C6?

X-ray taken one month back shows narrowing of C5-C6 disk space. Presently shoulder pain and moderate neck stiffness. pl advice non-surgical treatment

Physiotherapy specially cervical traction , massage and analgesics work better. I advise my patients against surgery
