well you have a muscle called your pectoralis minor that connects to your rib cage and your scapula ( shoulder blade) it is a small muscle under your big chest muscle ( pecoralis major) because it connects to the ribs in the the front and crossed the shoulder girdle and goes to the back to your scapula that may be the problem but that isnt a garauntee
You may have tendonitis. I had it for several months. Then, one day I raised my arm, even though it hurt, and tore 2 muscles in my shoulder!
Be careful with shoulder pain. Go see your doctor!!
OK i am not a doctor. but i have a torn rotator cuff. and i experience this kind of pain daily. mri’s are the best way to determine if this your problem. good luck!!
