what causes shoulder,neck,arm and back pain on the left side?

I have it in my left shoulder right shoulder left back and arm and in my neck. I can’t sleep at night.

It could possibly be a pinched nerve. It may only pinch it when you lay down or maybe stand a certain way Experience
I had the same pain. It comes in different spots. It was my gallbladder(if that is how you spell it). It could be yours too
