Shoulder Dislocation
A dislocation is an injury that occurs when the top of the arm bone becomes disconnected from the scapula but you feel pain in the joint area.it seems your shoulder joint become stiff due to this there is a restriction in the movement of your arm.this is the condition when you are facing shoulder frozen. in selecting a treatment plan for your frozen shoulder is that even though your shoulder may be frozen, it doesn’t necessarily mean that the source of your problem is in your shoulder. Your shoulder may be the result of tight muscles somewhere else in your body pulling on your shoulder and "freezing" it into place.
Stretches and exercises I found helpful without causing any additional pain.you should have a physical therapy to avoid this problem again.best of luck
