Hi every1
I have a friend who suffers from really bad back ache and also really bad shoulder pain. The doctors have gave him pain killers but they are not working well. Is there anything else he could get and try.
Please let me know. Thank you.

If your friend makes an appointment to see a
QUALIFIED OSTEOPATH
He / She
may be able, to find the trapped nerve
that is causing the problem ,
and with skill full manipulation,
release it ,
the pain will then subside
Pain killers are not, a cure ,
but will give some relief for a while
His best course is to discuss his treatment ,
with a specialist
I hope he will soon be comfortable again

Deep heat, emulgelor anything in that vain. And theres massage, acupuncture, physio.
I’m no medical professional but I’d suggest getting a physiotherapy referral from his doctor, and possibly a few sessions with an osteopath. Deep Heat patches or a warm (not hot) pack or hot water bottle on his back might also help. Depending on what his doctor has to say, perhaps some gentle yoga or pilates exercise might help
My mum found that lying flat on the floor facedown (out of any draughts) helped. Apparently this allowed the muscles in her back to relax since they were supported rather than having to support body weight. From what info she’s passed on, I gather that part of the problem is when muscles that are already tense contract further in response to the initial pain, (especially if they’re in the back or other main muscle group that’s constantly working) so creating a vicious circle.
Perhaps he might also be better off getting a firmer mattress (maybe with some kind of memory foam top) for his bed so his body weight is properly supported while he’s asleep. I know if I’ve had a bad night’s sleep I notice aches and pains a lot more the next day, and the difference a decent mattress makes to sleep quality is surprisingly big.
The problem I’ve heard about with prescription painkillers is that sometimes patients can build up a tolerance for them, meaning they don’t feel the same benefit. Adding other pills or potions to the mix, even if it’s a herbal thing, could have side effects since they can contain the same kind of basic chemicals, or at least stuff that works in the same way. As such, I’d recommend a word with the doctor to check if there are any ingredients to avoid before emptying the pharmacy shelves!
Best of luck, hope it sorts itself out.
Steroid injections, prolotherapy, trigger points, all depending on what an MRI knows and shows are non-narcotic office procedures that will help acute back pain.
it must be the nurve ….you can treat it with some kind drugs like vitamine b complex injections intramuscular one per week and taking some pills like naproxen500mlg and swimming gentally in a warm poll ..i think that he must be cure after 2 weeks
