more detail please if wanting answer but ill give you some vauge info, possible muscle injury.why did you do to it?
short of an injury, my first guess is it is out of alignment.
Find a good chiropractor in your area and discuss your shoulder and your spinal alignment
How old are you, have you had heart problems before? Is your heart and blood pressure ok? Is the pain on the right shoulder on the back side? If you answer yes to all, I would consult a doctor asap.
You should go have an ex-ray done, I finally went and had an ex-ray, because of the pain I was in, it actually started with shoulder pain and then moved into my neck, I waited and suffered pain for years, and just couldn’t take the pain anymore and was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondolyitis.
Please go have an ex-ray done before it’s to late to have anything done. Unfortunately I waited way to long and have to live with the pain. Now the membranes in my neck are deteriorating.
