     Those are almost certainly unrelated.  Here&#039;s what to do:

Shoulder:
- Rotate/roll your shoulders forward and up and around and let them settle low and as far back as they&#039;ll stay, and get used to them staying back there.

Heartbeats:
- Drink a gatorade or powerade zero every day.  you are somewhat dehydrated.

That stuff should help.
