Weird pain left shoulder area, can feel heartbeats sometimes when I sleep?

I’m 16 and got these weird pains and everything in my shoulder yesterday. and when I got to bed I could hear my heart and it felt like air or something that was in my chest, along with weird heatbeats. Is this something I should be worried about?

Those are almost certainly unrelated. Here’s what to do:
Shoulder:
- Rotate/roll your shoulders forward and up and around and let them settle low and as far back as they’ll stay, and get used to them staying back there.
Heartbeats:
- Drink a gatorade or powerade zero every day. you are somewhat dehydrated.
That stuff should help.
