Under the shoulder blade pain!!?

it’s started the other day and it’s about right where the shoulder blade comes closest to the spine…what does this mean?? i really can not take the pain for much longer. someone help me!

I know its not really answering your question but your not alone…I have been in agony for about a week now with a similar thing.
My shoulder blade, right next to my spine has been hurting more and more for about a week now. I went to my GP yesterday who told me its probably just a trapped nerve or a muscle knot. He gave me pain killers and said if it hasn’tt gone in 2 weeks to go back.
