Torn Labrum in Shoulder Treatment?

My sports medicine doc thinks i have a torn labrum in my right shoulder. its been aching more 2 months and pt has not helped at all. my pt sent me to my sports med doc and he ordered an mri. im getting it done on june 4. what would be the treatment if i have a torn labrum? the pt has not helped at all and im 13 by the way. what else could it be? i also have random numbness, limited mobilitly, and it is sensitive to move in certain positions and im in pain almost always.
