strange pain in front of shoulder symptom?

I get this slight burning pain when I breath in deeply at the front of my left shoulder on the day before I come down with a cold. Is this normal? Is it a worry? Does anyone else get this?

maybe it has to do with your lungs. I just got out of a bronchitis and symptoms were pretty much the same. I advice you to go to a doctor, and have an X-Ray exam too. If it really is a bronchitis or a pneumonia they will put you to stay home for a while, and take some medicine.
Could be a sore shoulder. Is your shoulder sore? If there is an ache near your shoulder then you probably have shoulder-pain.
could be pleurisy, which is an inflammation of the outside of the lungs. very painful and quite serious, will hurt when you move, sneeze, cough, breath
I get that sometimes,but it goes away after awhile.I sometimes thought it was because a temp. change or heartburn.If it goes away after a couple of miniutes dont worry about it
