stomach chest and left shoulder pain?

for 2 0r 3 weeks my 3 1/2 year old has been telling me he is poorly saying his tummy chest and left shoulder hurts, he has made up being poorly in the past but he has being going on about this pain for much longer than usual, does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?

Take him to the doctor.
it could be that your son has a blocked artery in his left shoulder. or his shoulder could be "knotting" which means he has pulled a muscle and it is hurting badly
his a child dont take chances take him to a doctor
