Shoulder/neck pain – What could it be?

I have had incredible pain in my neck, shoulder, back, bicep, hand and fingers for about 9 days. I don’t remember straining it.
Also, my hand is swollen. I can’t get my ring off-a ring that has always been loose.

Sounds like maybe you slept wrong possibly and could have started some troubles with a pinched nerve. Maybe just a pain from turning something wrong. or freq. stress that’s causing simple symptoms. Try some ice while you get an appt. with a doctor- maybe a chiropractor. Even an experienced massage therapist could help. Good luck.
