Shoulder pain twice in a row?

i’ve been having this shoulder pain, in the same area..two times in a row (on different days).
The first one was somewhere between the end of January, and now it hit me again..anyone might know the problem?

It really depends on what the problem actually is, so you need to try to identify it. It could be a rotator cuff injury or tear, or it could be something else entirely.
