I am a weight lifter. In the middle of the night, I woke up because of the extreme pain on both sides of shoulder (anterior deltoid). This is happening when I am laying flat facing up. I am not sure because my back and chest so thick which causes my arms to stretch and pull my shoulders down while I am laying facing up. Wonder if anyone can help with some tips or advices on how to illiminate this pain. Thank you.
