i had 2 shoulder surgeries in the past 2 years, because my shoulders kept dislocating, almost up to 15 times a day just doing regular things. now, a year after my left shoulder surgery and 2 years after my right, i am having a great deal of pain. They sewed my muscles back together (capsule tightening) to make them tighter to prevent any further dislocation. any ideas why they might be going out and hurting again?
