Shoulder blade pain/back pain?

Im a 16 year old male that has been having aching left side shoulder blade pain , and middle back pain. It has been aching for 4 days now does anyone no what this could be?

You have a high amount of tension here that needs to be relaxed. Go see a massage therapist. If you can’t get a racket ball or a tennis ball, or a ball of that size and roll it along the areas that hurt in your back. If you find a spot that hurts really super bad then hold it there for about fifteen seconds. You don’t need to press hard. This will give you temporary relief at least. Other then that you can try icy hot or that sort of thing, but you’re not going to die from this. Good luck!
If you have done either a quick, sharp injury (like pitching a baseball) or a repetitive motion for a long time incorrectly (like digging a ditch) you may have torn your rotator cuff. It is a buffer inside your shoulder and it hurts behind your shoulder blade and inside where your arm joins your torso. Treatment is usually immobilization, ice and heat, and physical therapy. Do everything they say because if it heals incorrectly it will hurt all the time.
