Serious arm, shoulder and neck pain after fall!?

I fell on the street a couple weeks ago and landed with all my weight on my right arm. I braced myself with it when I landed. I figured the paid from it would go away after a bit, but its been a few weeks now and my arm is still killing me. The pain takes my arm, shoulder and even the right side of my neck. Do I need to go to the ER or will it eventually go away? I put on Bengay and a heating pad but the pain won’t let me sleep!

I would see a doctor for possible x-rays…. You probably didn’t break your arm ( you’d know ), but you could have fractured it. You could also have torn ligaments from the sudden move. It’s worth checking out. Probably not ER worthy though… unless you can pay the hefty bill.
go to a doctor. not a yahoo answer stranger.
definatly the er or even an appt. with your regular docter. because i know how expensive the er can be.
Better just go to the Doc.No need ER.If you have to go to a pharmacy to get over the counter Ibuprofen.
don’t go to the ER, they will tell you nothing is wrong. It’s all in your muscles and tendons and they miss that all the time or don’t know what to do about it. But you have a lot to go through.
For your neck, put both hands behind your head and press in on your neck with your fingers and hold a moderate pressure on them. Now relax and take a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any part of your body. After 30 seconds slowly lower your head until your neck is extended all the way. Release the pressure but hold your head there for one minute.
For your shoulder, take your left hand and go to your right shoulder putting your fingers over the back and thumb in front. Press them together on the tendon/muscle on top of your shoulder and hold heavy pressure. Relax again. Continue to look forward for the rest of this exercise. After 34 seconds slowly lean your head to your right shoulder as far as you can. Once there, release the pressure but hold your head there for one minute.
Im not sure if that will get them all for you, but it’s a good start. let me know if any other pains exist, I will help.
