I am EXTREMELY concerned about you! This is NOT normal, and with this type of pain, something MUST be rectified IMMEDIATELY- INSIST to the Orth Doc that tests be ran- EVEN those of ur LUNGS, to rule out the problem and get a proper diagnosis. Have you tried an arm brace in the meantime, to mobilize this a bit? I realize this is just a "bandaid" cure, BUT, anything @ this point may help you out! Where was the fluid located in ur MRI? The Naproxen and steroids are NOT cutting it. INSIST on something stronger for ur pain. BUT, getting a DIAGNOSIS is the key to unlock this excruciating problem!!! I feel VERY BADLY for you! PLEASE let me know what the Orthopedic Doctor says- I am VERY concerned about you. I have you as one of my contacts, so hope to hear from you, if you don't land urself in the Hosptial, which wouldn't be such a bad idea. You've done all you possibly can. I will say a Pray for you that this Doctor will help you out. Take care- Again, hope to hear from you. PS- I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU ARE EVEN WORKING- TRY TO GET A WORK EXCUSE!! THIS NEEDS REST, AND WORKING IS ONLY AGGREVATING UR PAIN ISSUES!!! Were you hurt @ work? Did something there get this started? DO NOT allow ur Employer to give you less than the BEST care!!

You know I had a popping sound in my shoulder years ago, and during a physical therapy session, it came out of the socket!!!! Don't let this happen!! It hurts! Tell the doctor that you want an MRI w/ IV dye. That is what they did to find out why my shoulder popped out. Do it before that happens.

These are most likely due to you work. I got this in my right shoulder and arm. It sound like a tendinitis and you should consult a massage therapist,if possible no medication. You really should take time off from your work to rest your muscles a little. It usually takes me about a week to get it completely pain free and it can always come back once in awhile. Try it you'll see it may be better than taking in a whole bunch of meds for nothing. Good luck.

Could be a pinched nerve. You'll need rest and physical therapy if it is. I had similar problems, and with plenty of medication and therapy it cleared up after about 3 months.
