I stupidly had unprotected sex with an unknown military girl. We met online and went out on date the next day. After the date, she took me to her military base. In the room, I was very reluctant to make a move because I didn’t have condom on me. However, she invited me to sit with her on the bed. After a few conversation I lost control. Immediately I inserted the penis inside, I started feeling a burning pain at the tip of my penis. within 2mns I ejaculated and quickly pulled out and put on my pant. When I asked her if she had any infection, she denied and later told me she had been seeing a doctor for Pelvic Pain treatment. After I got home, and went into the bathroom, there were a lot of white powder stuff around my penis. On the 7th-day, I started feeling muscle tension on my shoulder, waste, dull whiles the burning pain at the tip of my penis continues OF/ON. I don’t feel any pain when peeing I have been so worried of HIV. The main 2-facts;

The pain at the tip started strongly right after the sex (< a 2mins), it became OF/ON 2-days later

On the 7th Day, I started feeling muscle tension on my shoulder, Dull, Headache etc, the pain at the tip still OF/ON

I am scared, worried. Though I’m thinking about doing the STD test, but HIV scared me so much and i have become so miserable. Any Advice or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
