You are trippin out partna! You need to read a little bit more about STDs work. Even if you are infected it still takes a while before you actually start exibiting symptoms. It certainly doesn't happen within 2 minutes of intercourse. At the very worst you experienced some pain from rubbing your wang without lubrication or had something irritate it. As far as shoulder pain, dude, thats not a symptom of an STD. You probably got it from jacking off or something :-) So... Quit tripping out and go to www.wikipedia.org and look up every STD you know so you'll stop tripping. If you are really interested in looking up what you do have, try wiking "anxiety" because all you are doing is worrying yourself over nothing. Oh, and quit f-ing whores because its dangerous but Im sure you're cool! and wear Jimmys bro!

Just go to a doctor. If you have something, and the longer you leave it untreated it could end up with horrible consequences. Next time use a condom.

First of all, if the girl was being treated for something like pelvic inflamatory disease, germs and infection can be transmitted. She was irresponsible in having sex in general if she was having a problem. But of course you know you were also, to have sex with a stranger without a condom. Now your only option is to go immediately to your doctor or clinic. Don't keep waiting and prolonging the situation because not only is it mentally exhausting to worry 24 hours a day, but you are letting your infection spread each day you are not being treated. So go somewhere tomorrow and get it treated, and get a blood test as well. Not knowing is much worse than finding out you have a condition because as soon as you know, you can begin treatment and recovery. Go buy a box of condoms and put a few in your wallet or car so you don't ever get caught in that situation again.
