		<description>I am studying as a paramedic here in the near future so i&#039;ll tell you what i think it could be. It could be many things. But you know your body better than anyone else. So , like you described, it could be a pinched nerve. Many people get them. If it is chronic meaning on going I suggest you go see your doctor.</description>

this hurts a lot. Take a very warm shower and have someone rub some ben gay on your shoulder - and if you relax someone could find a pressure point where the knot is.
If after this and some advil it is there. Call your MD.
You could have dislocated it..</description>
