moving my neck causes shoulder pain?

i was hunched over on my desk resting my head when i notice my back kinda collapsed into a position much lower than it was previously and now i have shoulder pain on my right shoulder blade and when i turn my neck mildly wide then it hurts my shoulder badly any relief? 
also my arm went numb.. probably a out of place back stupid pinched nerve

If you are experiencing arm pain as well, you most likely have a pinched nerve in the cervical region of the spine (neck).
