left shoulder pain after batting?

Earlier today, i was playing baseball. When at bat, i accidentally swung awkwardly and really hard, and heard a popping/cracking kind of sound in my left shoulder, i bat right handed, and my arm went limp for a minute. Now, whenever i move my arm around, i get this feeling in my shoulder as if somethings moving or cracking and it hurts a little bit. Did i just throw out my shoulder or something else?

Its always good to stretch before batting practice! you probably just pulled it. Take it easy on that arm and make sure you do a good amount of stretching before practice!
