It aggravetes on cold season.I’ve pain while I try to move to any direction.

You need to see an Orthopedic doctor. I had the same symptoms and mine was caused by a cervical spine injury. Here is a link that can help you

Could be a rotator cuff tear, go to an Ortho and have an x ray and and MRI. Cortisone shots can help.
