I've been told my nerve pain is permanent and my symptoms don't add up. Is this a usual diagnoses?

I have suffered with numbness and pain to my right arm, carpel tunnel syndrome has been ruled out. Dead shoulder and pain in my shoulder and neck. My back muscles seize up and now my lower back feels tight, like there is huge pressure on it. I also am suffering with sciatica..

I wonder who told you this, was it your own GP or was it a neurologist who investigated you. If you haven’t been investigated, you should ask your GP to refer you so that you can be investigated properly.
Your lower back may feel tight because you are holding yourself awkwardly.
I belive that it may go on for years.. but not forever
If all else has failed try an Osteopath, he should be able to get you out of spasm with a few treatments.
Always works for me.
"My symptoms don’t add up" is NOT a normal diagnosis.
If a doctor has said that, go to a different doctor and complain.
