Is There Anything You Can Do To Help With Back, Shoulder, and Neck Pain?

I have been experiencing back, shoulder, and neck pain for quite a long time now. Is there anything I can do to help with this? I’m only 20, and it’s starting to cut into what was already very little sleep. I know some of it is from stress, and some of it is from having a rather large chest (I’m a 40DD), but it seems like no matter what I do nothing really seems to help.

Adopting correct posture while walking and sleeping is generally advised to follow along with the treatment for neck and back pain. The best way to treat most instances of back, neck and shoulder pain is through far less drastic approaches, such as chiropractic. It is not only safe and non-invasive approach gives people the benefit of eliminating their pain without having to worry about the detrimental side effects of more complicated surgical procedures. Have you tried a TENS unit. Go to a pain management doctor to get one or buy one online. It will give some relief. But see a doctor to make sure nothing is really wrong.
Yes, a tens unit may help with the pain. You need something that’s going to help with posture. Do your best to roll your shoulders back and keep your head up. When sitting do your best to keep your back straight.
Try this to correct neck posture- it will help with the neck, upper back and shoulder pain: http://www.tractionneckpillow.com

Good luck.
My sister in Seattle sees a chiropractor, Dr Walia for her neck pain. His website is http://www.drjaswalia.com Maybe you could ask for advice online or just get some information on what to do for neck pain from the site. Hope this helps!
Star with a call to the nurse in your doctor’s office. Should be free and get you started with help, based upon your own medical file of info they have.
Now not a doc here, but know sciatica is popular back pain, so remedies to treat it may be very helpful:
