I’m a teenager, and no one says I should be complaining of neck and shoulder pain. It feels like it’s my spinal cord in my neck, but it flows up acorss my head to my eyes. Sometimes it’s this sore sore feeling going on side next to my ear. What could be the causes of this? I’m very stressed in school, but that’s not anything new, what else could it be?

Posture could be affecting your neck and shoulder pain. Constantly studying and looking down can aggravate the muscles in your neck and upper back. It also appears with using a computer for long periods of time.

Also, do you wear glasses? You may want to get your eyesight checked as this can be cause for headaches as well. Hope this helps.
You should use Tramadol, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://med10.notlong.com/6AAE9MF
see a doctor and dont listen to anyone else please especially if u think its ur spinal cord.
let them do tests and show them exactly where u feel pain.
