i went to ER because i had left shoulder pain, but all the testings were normal . so they said it was a nerve?

they think it was a pinch nerve but also they said to go to a neurologist to get an MRI done. now my pain goes to my back of my head and it feels stiff like nomed and around my jaw and a burning sensation. i had epilepsy seizures when i was 10 but now i am 25 and facial paralyzed when i was11. Do you thinks it’s coming back?
oh and dizzy too.

But I have a spine injury and I have pain and sensations like you are saying all the time due to nerve damage. Go see the neurolgist or an Orthopedic doc.
It doesn’t get better on it’s own,,only worse,, so you really should go see a doctor asap.
tricky to say. my mom had a pinched nerve with the same symptoms you have. they gave her muscle relaxers… but she didnt have all of those background health problems you had so im not sure wat to tell you. i doubt its coming back… but yea id say go to the neurologist.
