i have severe head,neck,arm and shoulder pain .what do i do ?

it is a severe pinching neck pain which is interconnected with shoulder,arm and head.i have cervical spondylitis and disc narrowing between C4/C5,C5/C6,C6/C7 which causes right side pain in my body,and i cant work with my right hand.

Go for manual spine therapy or manupulation, your only solution; operation may not work as you have so many disc problem with canal stenosis.

i agree with the first answerer, you should see what your dr says about it. the only thing we can recommend that is safe is a mild painkiller and that won’t help, only an orthopedic surgeon can help you.

The best solution for you will be a combination of manual therapy (chiropractor, osteopath or physiotherapist) and medication.
It will be worth having a consultation with a surgeon and perhaps an MRI scan in case the nerve nipping is only at one level (in which case surgery might be an option) but if several nerves are nipped then I don’t think thats going to be possible.
Some people gain benefit from injections around the nerves (cervical epidural injection) but this is a very specialised procedure.
