I have been getting on and off sharp pain in my shoulder tip and at the top of my back over the last few hours. I am just worried it’s a miscarriage. I have no bleeding tho. Can anyone give me some advice? thanks

call your doc and ask but if your not bleeding than im sure your ok
No. Severe shoulder pain can be a sign of a ruptured ectopic pregnancy, that’s what you’ve probably heard before. But that’s very unusual.
You probably just pulled a muscle or something. Take some tylenol and use heat to make it feel better.
It may be a sign of ectopic pregnancy rupturing and bleeding in your abdomen. I would not jump to that conclusion, though.
Your shoulder pain may arise due to wrong posture, pulled muscle, myofascial pain etc.
It would not hurt to cal your OB. They would check that the baby/embryo is in the right place and all else is normal.
Good luck!
Its normally a sign of an ectopic. If your pregnant and comcerned then contact your doctor
