These are all good answers. I'd start by doing some stretching exercises and watching my posture. Some aerobics might help. After that I'd consider a chiropractor and after that I'd research Fibromyalgia.

Have you heard of Fibro myalgia. I know woman get it when they are young and can be very painful. I may have spelled it wrong but it's close. Check Webmd.com.

I as well have chronic pain some doctors think "it's all in the head it's related to stress, but other doctors I have seen fo o say it's a medical condition, if it is in your shoulders and neck it could be a slipped disc or a pinched nerve I would suggest a doctors appointment to rule out anything serious

I would start with going to a chiropractor. I've had back pain most of my teenage years, and since I've starting going to the chiropractor, I've felt a world of difference. It helps in the long term, you feel great, and it's much, much cheaper than getting a massage. And, if a chiropractor is not what you need, more than likely they will tell you where you need to go.

the best thing that could help is your doctor or if you have lost confidence in your doctor then change for another one it is unlikely to be stress related after this amount of time

Were you in a car accident anytime within the past 10 years? I was in one 2 years ago and tore my labrum in my shoulder. I didnt notice and go to a doctor until this year. I have a constant throb in my should and rarely sleep. I am having a surgery next week actually on it. Check with an orthopedist and have x-rays/MRIs. It could also be loose ligaments. Physical therapy will help alot.
