that is repetitive strain injury,RSI,, only way is to rest it ,long soaks in warm baths,,,get a mouse ROLL to put under your wrist ,,,that should help

Try to position your body better. Make sure computer is at eye level and your body is sitting balanced. I have probs, too. My computer is to my right so I am constantly turned. I have alot of neck and back pain. I am trying to change my position throughout the day to alleviate soreness. I have also started doing two ten minute mini – work outs during my work day–just to stretch out. I got the work out off of MSN. It is the guy from Biggest Loser–cant remember his name.(bob) It is helping alot. I also try to take a 15 mintue walk also. good luck
get a massage once a week, take hot showers, sit up straight and have good posture. also get one of those back massagers that you can velcro to the back of your chair. they help!
You could get advice from a physio therapist. In the meantime, try changing the height of your work surface. Also apply alternating heat and cold packs every night. Some simple yoga exercises will help balance your right and left siade and stretch out the muscles.
Check with your doctor and ask about an occupational therapist!
