I always get stinging shoulder pain if I drink coke. Am I the only person in the world who has this?

Consuming coke or other sugar drinks can cause tendonitis pain in your shoulder. The sugar hastens the loss of glucosamine, a critical lubricant for your tendons and joints. so if you have tendonitis drinking coke can increase the pain that way. What you can do is drink more water in a day and take a multi vitamin every day as well. You are probally not drinking enough water in a day for the coke to have a direct effect on your shoulder.
