Depending on your age and activity level it could be a few things. If you are having any urinary symptoms such as frequent urination or pain when going, nausea, or fever–you could actually be ill with a kidney infection or gall stone or referred pain from your stomach. You could have inflammation from over-exertion. For that, you need to take a hot shower, apply heat 15 minutes and ice 15 minutes every couple of hours and take an anti-inflammatory med like ibuprofen/Motrin or naproxen as directed. Or…it could be a muscle spasm–same treatment as the last one. Or…it could be inflammation of the lining of your lung. Again, anti-inflammatory meds as directed. It sounds like a muscle spasm. If you have someone who would, have them massage it out for you, apply ice and heat, and take an anti-inflammatory med. You can go to the docs for pain meds and muscle relaxers as well. If it continues, have it checked medically. Hope you feel better.
Have a MD listen to your chest and get an Xray. You might have a muscle issue or something else more serious. That is cause for concern
That sounds more like muscle spasms, than air. I would try heat, and massage, along with Ibuprofen for inflammation.
