How can i prevent shoulder pain when i bench?

I dont bench that much (like 180)
im 15 6′1" 210
but whenever i bench when im done i feel a pain in both my shoulders
it didnt used to be like this its just recently
What should i do? are there any stretches i can do to prevent this?
if there are stretches what are they? and when should i do them? pre workout? after workout? etc
just give me as much info as you can

The best thing you could probably do would be go to a good personal trainer or chiropractor. Shoulders are kind of complex and there could be any number of things wrong with it.
If you aren’t going to get a professional to look at them (seriously, go to a professional if at all possible) then you should start doing some research on proper bench press technique. Make sure you’re doing it with as strict form as possible and maybe drop the weight a bit for a while.
Also, look up some exercises for rotator cuff injuries. I’m not saying you have rotator cuff problems, but they’re very common, and people with healthy shoulders still benefit a lot doing those exercises. However, some of them could be bad if you have a different kind of injury.
Good luck with those shoulders, take care of them.
Stretch before workout definitely helps. After workout, massage, heat therapy would make you feel better, and recover faster.
Check out if you have some existing muscle strain that you don’t even notice. As a tall person, you must have a hard time finding things that fit. Some places would custom make things if you ask.
