Having left shoulder blade pain?

For the past about 20 minutes, I have been experiencing very bad pain to the direct right of my left shoulder blade. It usually happens when I move my left arm to lean forward and type, but I don’t know why it’s happening. Can anyone help? x.x

I am experiencing the exact same thing right now. If it has been constant it may be tendonitis or bursitist. If not and it just popped up out of the blue, then it may be from you lifting a heavy object or too much pressure applied on it. I LITERALLY feel your pain. The only treatment I came across on the net was medical attention if it becomes worse. Hope I helped you out.
Do you do any sports? Any exercising? We can’t be sure. Make sure you take some painkillers – perhaps Ibuprofen. If it doesn’t lessen, please go to the doc!
