i have sinus problems which makes my whole face hurt. and my right eye.

neck pain makes the back of my head hurt (veins are connected) along with my neck. sometimes when i turn my head my neck and head hurt. its like a sharp pain

and my shoulderders and back hurt

what should i do? i mean yes go to a doctor but which kind? i dont have insurance so i have to be sure. is there medicine for sinus headaches that worked for you?
