Okay here are my symptoms:

Neck and shoulder pain. Mostly the trapezius region of the neck.

Whenever I move my neck it hurts and mostly when I look to the left-very stiff. However, not when I put my chin to my chest (which I read is common for meningitis)

If it’s meningitis, is it possible for neck pain to present before flu or headache symptoms? Neither of which I have.

My neck is just killing me and my fiancée’s was hurting as well, but her pain has subsided somewhat and was localized to the left side of her neck.

Also, when I raise my hands over my head or shoulders, I can feel bones cracking in my upper back (like cracking a knuckle and almost grinding).

So what do you think? Do I have meningitis, and if not, what the hell else is it?

Additional info: I do have moderate stress, but I can manage pretty well normally. I just brush off everything.

I had played a video game for two days straight which is abnormal for me since I rarely have any free time (except for asking for answers from complete strangers online ) Plus I do sleep awkwardly sometimes; but could that make my entire neck area sore?

apparently Ive got rotator cuff syndrome. My doctor said a steroid injection into the shoulder would help, I have heard that the effects only last for a short while and when the symptoms return they are a lot worse and to have the injections over and over again would cause damage to the ligaments and soft tissue, is this true.

I do push-ups every other day, but not as much to wear myself out. I don’t smoke, and for the past 3 days I have been practically at home relaxing to try to make these symptoms going away. Last night had been the worst because both my shoulders hurt so badly I couldn’t sleep. and I have not injured myself at all.

I took half of one about a week ago. Now I am having preggo symptoms. I am concerned that if I AM, then I might have caused some sort of damage? Of course I will be discussing this with the doctor if my test comes out postive…I don’t know what I would do if I hurt a baby by this medicine. Please help.

At first my doctor said that it was tennis elbow. This has been going on for about 6 months or so. In the last month or so it is now doing the same thing on my right shoulder with the same symptoms as the left side. I had some chest x-rays done and my doctor told me that I have an enlarged lymph node. What does this mean?

I get this slight burning pain when I breath in deeply at the front of my left shoulder on the day before I come down with a cold. Is this normal? Is it a worry? Does anyone else get this?
