I work in an office..and I am pretty much on a computer all day at work then I go home I work on stuff on computer too..

it’s been over 3 years and now my right shoulder feel sore and pain from using mouse.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

I can’t just not be on my computer for a week to recover.. I can’t live without computer.

I get this every so often. Its a nagging ache in my upper back between my shoulder blades. It doesn’t feel like a pulled muscle. I went to a dr. for this almost a year ago. I was scared I was having a heart attack, but they did an ekg, and it wasn’t that at all. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

About a week ago, I felt a kink in my shoulder, I’m assuming from sleeping wrong on my somewhat comfortable hotel bed. Even though I’ve been avoiding sleeping on that side, it has gotten worse and spread to my neck.
In the daytime it’s just a slight annoyance, but laying down at night it’s killing! I can’t get into a single comfortable position and it wont go away. How do I get rid of it?

I can work with the hand. But it is painful

My mom has been having an intense pain from her neck and shoulder and along her right arm for over a week now. She’s used maximum strength Ben Gay and it hasn’t given much relief. She’s 52 years old. Her back also seems to be swollen around the areas that give her pain. What could this be? Is there anything to relieve the pain? Should we go to the hospital?

My left shoulder has been sore for 1 week. The pain seems to be very slowly increasing. It is not too sore to keep me from going about my normal activities, yet. It seems to hurt the most when I lift my arm up. I have not done anything to cause this or had any kind of injury there before. Anyone know what could cause this?

I have pain between the shoulders and to the tip of my fingers of the left arm, pain goes up left side of my neck and ear. I am also experiencing very low energy. It started about 4 days ago…I am getting very concerned…Any suggestions?
