I think its cuz bench has always been hard, i have rolled shoulders from slouching so much so could that possibly effect the movement ?

slight pain under shoulder blade… not shoulder blade Was training last week… got a sharp pain when i run just bout an inch or 2 under left shoulder blade around that area… its kinda gone but i can still feel it a bit when i go running.. can anyone point me in da direction to what it is

my shoulder and arm hurts. i think i pulled a muscle or something but it just really hurts and i dont want to take tylenol. any help??

Last night I punched a solid oak frame, and I’m pretty sure I broke my hand, which I’ve done before (horrible anger issues). But all today my elbow and shoulder gave been giving my really bad pains. My elbow constantly hurts and my shulder kills me to move it much. I’m assuming it’s from the punch but it’s never happened before And it won’t stop. What’d I do and how can I help to fix/heal it quickly? Is this severe?

I have had neck and shoulder pain and have spent a fortune on massage and osteopathy. The pain is still there and i am thinking of going to see a chiropractor – but they are very expensive and not sure what the difference is between them and osteopath.
I really want to get it sorted as had really sharp pain today in my neck when doing body pump and dont want to give it up!!!

i just dont know what to do. go back to osteopath or go to chiropractor?

There’s been this one spot below my left shoulder blade that’s right on the muscle that’s bring pain or sometimes itches at random times for the past 2 or 3 months.. So, when I go to scratch/rub it, it feels slightly numb..There’s no bumps or moles or anything right at that spot, BTW. What is this? Why does it feel numb?Ten points! Thanks!

Hi, im 15 and my parents keep telling me that i shouldn’t have back pain but I do. Its in my left shoulder blade and its like a tight burning pressure pain. its not all the time but if I lay on my back for more then 5 minutes its starts to hurt it gets to the point where im forced to sleep on the floor becuase its so unbearable and the floor is the only place where it doesnt hurt. Does anyone know why this might be? Or know of any solutions to the problem? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

My mom has been complaining of pain between her shoulder blades and chest. She described it as an indigestion-like pain. Also, she said when when her back is massaged, between the shoulder blades there is something that makes a slight crunching… this may be a shot in the dark but does anybody have any ideas what this could be?
