I can’t seem to turn from my right to the left because I feel a very sharp pain my shoulder, my elbow and wrist would you know what’s happening?

i have a really bad pain in my shoulder blades and constantly feel the need to move about to stretch my hips, neck and back. ive just turned 17 and i know that im still growing but i dont know what this is, please help

Pain is in my head, neck, and shoulder on left side nearly all the time. When I go to sleep it’s there, when I wake up it’s usually somewhat more mild but still there and progresses through the day. It has been over a month since these symptoms began. I went to the doctor about a month ago, he said sinus infection. I took antibiotics and it didn’t help. I went back and he decided to do an x-ray of my sinuses. Nothing showed up and he said it could be my eustachian tubes, both sides were clogged. I wonder why I only have headache on one side and not both if both tubes are blocked. The headache moves, but always on left side. Sometimes eye hurts, front of head. Most common is very top of left side, feels itchy/tickling almost. Very strange. I also get pressure ache at very back of left side. My left side of neck and left shoulder always feel so tight. I have no vision problems but I’m tired often and my left eye twitches a lot. I feel like something might pop in my head!

Suggestions?

I have really really bad shoulder pain and when i lie on one side i have horrendous abdominal pains too….im taking penicillin for my tonsilitus…could this be a side effect?? I’m not too keen on going back to my doctor because she is ridiculously annoying and doesn’t speak…she really isn’t much help so i hope someone can help me!

feels like a lump/bruse on back shoulder blade, sends really painful burning sensations through to front right breast, if i’m sat or layed down its not that bad, but once i’m on my feet the pain is there, it feels like its raw like a open wound?? has anyone had this before???

i have never had shoulder pains ever since ive been working out so yeah im inexperienced i got a heating pad and i do certain stretches i need help from someone who has gone through this so i can get back on track

I have had this weird pain in my left shoulder, left chest, upper left back and my left hand. It has happend about 3 times and each time aftee eating lunch or dinner. I mean if it is the heart, what is the connection to eating?
The pain is horrible though.

For a while I have had back pain. It usually just hurts in the upper back, but when I do something such as bend my neck downwards, it kills my shoulder blade (usually the left). In addition, I have notice a burning sensation near the back of my upper arms.

I think I probably have something messed up nerve wise.

Anyone know what it is?

I’ve had pain off and on in the area of my middle upper back between my shoulder blades for a while now…what are the best exercises to do to help strengthen that area of the back to make it less susceptible to repeat injury? Part of the problem I think is the fact that I’ve been told I have some scoliosis in my spine which must make me favour a certain side during cardio/lifting, causing the pain.
