Well i injured my left shoulder in a soccer game last October. I had a grade 2 separated shoulder and was in a sling for 2 weeks. But the sports doctor i went to 2 weeks later said that it was not as bad as my other doctor thought it was and he took me out of the sling. Well i have been having problems since than epically at work. I am a dishwasher and have to put glasses away but the only way to do that is by picking up a glass and than lifting it up and put it onto the shelf it goes on well i have to that dozens of times a night not counting putting them on a tray and washing them and carrying them. So what could be the problem with my shoulder as i am sitting here keeping it still typing this it is giving me pain.

I don’t know if it is because I live in Thailand and their beds are either hard as a rock or just never quite as soft as western beds but in the last 6 months I have been having an awful time sleeping.I wake up every hour hurting and having to roll over.I had disc surgery on my neck a few years ago so I was also wondering if that could be part of it.I’ve lived in Thailand for 2 and a 1/2 years and never had a problem before though. What can I do?

The pain is right in the muscle on the outside of my shoulder blade. It seems to be aggravated by doing pull ups and push ups or any activity that puts strain on the muscle. It is also formed a small bulge in the muscle too.

I’ve had this sound in my shoulder for as long as i could remember. But around the age 15 the sound of bones smashing and cracking. Was not just a sound but a pain. My right shoulder hurts to much and my back is unbearable. I Always though it was because i was fixable but that has nothing to do with it no i see.
I eat great, run 4 miles a day. that helps some what.,,,

Whenever I’m doing homework, or in a stressful situation (like school, or thinking about school) I get serious neck and shoulder pain.
I sit straight, with my shoulders back, and I’ve tried stretching every 20 odd minutes, but it doesn’t seem to help..
Any ideas on how to prevent it, or to help it?
I generally take a really hot bath to relax the muscles, but lately I haven’t got time
to spend 30 minutes a day in a tub, when I’m falling behind in studies.
Please and thank you ♥
(btw I’m 17 if that has anything to do with anything)
