I have had surgery on my left shoulder because I have had bone the spurs the first time they shaved them out the second time they grew back and they took out the bone Im still having pains in my shoulder but im also having them in my shoulder blade is there any reason for that and when I move my shoulder it pops and makes nosies my shoulder blade sticks out really far to just on my left side what do you think is wrong and how could I make the pain stop?
My pain is throbbing it never really stops and when I use it, it hurts so much more. I ice it every day about 2 times a day and even after every sport.

severe pain in my right arm from my shoulder to my finger tips it wont go away my chest doesn’t hurt or anything else but it is almost unbearable it shoots from shoulder to finger tips really sharp pains

ny shoulder hurts right where the cllor bone connebts to the shoulder. it hurts when i touch the top of the shoulder. i can still move it its just really sore. i did injure it in any way

I have been experiencing chest pain since a long my doctor says this is hyperacidity caused by anxiety . now a days i have been having pain in my left shoulder and back also. The problem exceeds in nights when i go to bed i feel like vomitting and lots more disorders like the pain sometimes moves from right to left in my chest and in my left arm continuously…is my doctor treating me right or there may be something else i should get checked..??

I have been plagued with neck pain that is all on the right side of my neck that radiates down under my shoulder blade and below my armpit. I have been dealing and trying to ignore it for years. One because i am not sure what can be done and two because i am not sure what Dr handles this area of the body. i know Orthopedists are usually focused on specifics areas of the body. Is there one that can do neck/shoulder or is that 2 different Dr’s? I hate going to the Dr’s only to have them refer me to another specialist where i have to wait weeks for yet another intro meeting. Before you know 6 months goes by and nothing has been done.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
yes, years ago i went to a chiropractor. He would take x-rays and then crack my neck and back. i stopped going because i didnt think it did anything. In fact, i almost wonder if it caused more damage than good. I appreciate the suggestion but not sure i should go this route without seeing a Dr first.
Thanks Douglas. I will have to try that when i am home from work. Its a very interesting stretch. One that i haven’t dont before. I definitley feel like this is a muscular issue. Are there any Dr’s that focus on the muscle versus the skeletal system? I know from past experiences with PT that do just focus on strength. I dont think this is a muscle weakness so much as it is a muscle spasm that doesnt go away for whatever reason. I hope the exercises below do help.

The pain is really bad at times, I have tried pain relievers, bengay, hot water, heating pads all of that, nothing helps, it seems to be getting worse over the last 3-4 days

Just got done exercising and through the whole thing i had shoulder pain on my right side as well as pain on my right side on my back. If you can imagine, its the middle of my back where my ribs stop on the front.

I havent pulled anything, or exercised too much. so its not from exercising
