Can reflexology help back/shoulder pain?

What are some other treatments for back pain that have worked for you? I tried physical therapy, chiropractor…I even went to a spine specialist but he was a moron. My pain is mostly in my lower right shoulder…a sharp pain that feels worse when it’s cold outside.

As a back pain sufferer myself, I would suggest trying anything you think may bring you relief. Maybe even acupuncture or acupressure. I know that a deep tissue massage is sometimes all it takes for me to find a little relief.
